The UN framework on Environmental Change estimates that the world is left with just over a decade to reverse the effects of global warming before they become catastrophic. It is no wonder then that environmentalists are pushing the sustainability agenda in fashion for the sake of the planets future. The introduction of Buekour Tokoli comes with a challenge of ensuring sustainability in the products and shifting the take-make-waste model into a more ethical model. The first step taken is using recycled materials such as ocean plastics to reduce waste in water bodies and landfills. Eighty billion clothing items are produced annually, and less than one percent used to make clothes is recycled into new products. Recycling will play a part in environmental protection and the attainment of sustainable fashion goals.  More over Buekour Tokoli offers  custom made clothing, in which case is also another way of being sustainable.  As we only make on demand.  Our one off items are all ethical and sustainable. We only use fabrics that are eco friendly. Hemp, wool, organic cotton, soy silk, bamboo fabrics, jute, corn fiber etc are considered as eco-friendly fabrics due to their availability from nature with out any harmful effects of chemical or toxics.  Our main aim to produce unique and authentic items that does not leave Mother nature in limbo. We are tirelessly working on improving our services to humanity as a whole.
